Use Taxis/Transportation Update/Tip
As an alternative to the CTA blue-line from downtown, try catching the merta line from ogilvie station. You can take it to jefferson park or rosemont then transfer to the CTA blue line. Its costs a little more and requires you to transfer trains, but it will save you time
