If you have someone pick you up from the airport during a busy time (ie. Friday night), you can save a ton of time by having them meet you in the Departure area instead of Arrivals. As the traveler, you just need to take the escalator upstairs from the baggage claim and walk outside. The driver needs to follow signs to drop off passengers instead of pick up.
