The FAA currently has a traffic management program in effect for aircraft inbound to MSP because of fairly low ceilings and moderate winds. However, flights departing to MSP later this afternoon appear to not be as affected. It seems like longer flights, such as from the west coast or east coast to MSP, are being allowed to depart without much of a ground delay.
