Power is hard to come by in most airports these days; at Midway the best location is to find one of those Southwest Rocking chairs at most gates, and behind them is a power outlet - on top of that, it is a comfy seat!
In the food court, there is only one power outlet, and it is on the backhand side of one of the middle poles.
