Use Taxis/Transportation Update/Tip
As long as you don't have a rental car to return, getting in and out of the Kansas City airport is very quick. They have security lanes dedicated to each section of gates - about 4 gates only per security line. It makes it a very easy airport to get in and out of; however, not the most exciting airport to get delayed at!
