Skip the cab lines....
Unreserved limo/sedan service is available at ALL times. You are only going to pay a few dollars more then the traditional cabs and you will NOT have to wait in those Disney-like lines. Just follow the signs toward limos and you will be approached as soon as you step outside. Rates are likely negotiable, but it's Vegas - just pay the man what he asks.
