Use Airline Check In Update/Tip
AA takes excellent care of its frequent fliers, they rebooked by cancelled flight (onto Delta) yesterday without me even calling. Try using another alrlines' call center...all of them are outsourced to India except AA, which is still little old ladies in Dallas. That's worth a lot to me.
