If you are using the daily parking at DCA you will often have to go all the way to the roof deck. Right when you get there you will frequently see lots of cars parked in illegal spaces which makes it seem that the entire garage is full. In general, however, if you go 4 or 5 aisles away from the entrance there will be plenty of parking.
