US Air completely screwed up our luggage (lost for more than 3 days!!) after they overbooked us on a flight from Charlottesville to Charlotte. We missed our connecting flight and had to retrieve our luggage and drive to Athens, GA.
Despite assurances that they had set aside our luggage for us to take with us, it never turned up in Charlotte.
Dealing with their Luggage Services" was the worst nightmare of all!! Waits on hold for 20-30 minutes, then they cut you off. We got 6 different stories
