Parking

Cheapest: Economy parking is $8 a day (with free shuttle to the terminal), while long-term parking is $10 a day, or $3 for up to two hours.

Most convenient: Short-term parking is $22 a day, $3 for up to two hours, with the first 30 minutes free.

Ground Transportation

Bus: The Metropolitan Transit Authority Bus No. 18 leaves leaves the Welcome Center on the baggage claim level hourly. A one-way fare is $1.60, and the ride downtown takes about 40 minutes.


Shuttle: Several shuttles serve the airport and areas of Nashville and Chattanooga. Get shuttle information.


Cab: It's a flat rate of $25 to downtown and the Opryland complex. For any other destination, the meter starts at $7, with a charge of $2 per mile.

Nashville International has a three-story terminal building with Ground Transportation on Level One, Baggage Claim on Level Two and a Ticketing Lobby on Level Three that connects to all four Concourses.
